Role & responsibilities

- Title search, title verification and legal due diligence
- Land/property document verification and legal risk assessment
- Litigation, court cases, legal notices and related matters
- Drafting and vetting of Sale Deeds, MOUs, POAs, Agreements, Declarations and other legal documents
- Review and modification of legal drafts in coordination with all concerned parties and advocates
- Land acquisition and transaction-related legal support
- Coordination with sellers, buyers, partners, consultants, government authorities and other advocates
- Registration coordination, including stamp duty, KYC, annexures, execution and registration formalities
- Post-registration documentation, mutation and other statutory/legal follow-ups
- Maintaining proper legal records, checklists and ensuring timely closure of all legal compliances

Preferred candidate profile





- LLB/LLM qualified with 3+ years of relevant experience in Real Estate / Property Law.
- Strong experience in title search, title verification & legal due diligence.
- Good knowledge of property documentation, land laws, registration & stamp duty.
- Hands-on experience in drafting and vetting Sale Deeds, MOUs, POAs, Agreements & legal documents.
- Experience handling litigation, legal notices and property-related disputes.
- Strong coordination skills with clients, advocates, consultants, sellers/buyers & government authorities.
- Valuable understanding of land acquisition, mutation and post-registration compliances.
- Strong legal research, documentation, communication and negotiation skills.
- Candidates based in or willing to work from Kalyani Nagar, Pune preferred.
