Job Description Head – Financial Institutions Affinity Partnership Department: Business Development – Strategic Partnerships Industry: Insurance Broking / BFSI Location: Mumbai Experience: 10–15 Years CTC: As per Company Standards About the Role We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Head – Financial Institutions Affinity Partnership to lead strategic partnerships with Banks, NBFCs, Small Finance Banks, Microfinance Institutions, Housing Finance Companies, and FinTech organizations. The role is responsible for identifying partnership opportunities, developing embedded insurance solutions, managing end-to-end implementation, and driving business growth across the Western region. Experience in managing West (Maharashtra & Gujarat) is mandatory. Key Responsibilities • Develop and execute partnership strategy with Banks, NBFCs, SFBs, MFIs, HFCs and FinTechs. • Identify, negotiate and onboard recent financial institution partners. • Launch customized insurance solutions including Credit Life, Loan Protection, Group Health, Personal Accident, Asset, MSME and Embedded Insurance products. • Manage end-to-end partnership lifecycle including commercial negotiations, legal documentation, compliance, implementation and relationship management.



• Coordinate with insurers for product development. • Drive API integrations, CRM implementation and digital onboarding. • Conduct business reviews and achieve revenue/profitability targets. • Build relationships with CXOs, Product Heads, Risk and Distribution teams.
