We're looking for a detail-oriented and driven candidate who can independently lead product catalog operations, ensure high catalog accuracy, maintain marketplace compliance, manage a team, and support seamless product launches across Myntra, Amazon, and other marketplaces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage end-to-end product cataloguing and listings on Myntra, Amazon, and other marketplaces, overseeing a team of catalog executives.
- Own the creation and standardization of product titles, descriptions, attributes, size charts, images, and product specifications across categories.
- Ensure all listings comply with marketplace guidelines and quality standards, and define internal SOPs for catalog accuracy.
- Coordinate and align with merchandising, category, sourcing, QC, and operations teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Monitor catalog health across marketplaces, drive resolution of listing errors, rejections, and attribute issues, and implement preventive checks.
- Own accuracy of product information, size charts, and fabric details across the catalog.
- Oversee bulk listing uploads using Excel templates and marketplace portals, and streamline the upload process for efficiency.
- Ensure products go live within defined timelines and proactively flag bottlenecks to leadership.
- Prepare and present catalog MIS, listing performance dashboards, and team productivity reports to senior management.
- Mentor,
train, and manage the performance of the catalog team, ensuring adherence to quality and turnaround benchmarks.
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience with Myntra Partner Portal, Amazon Seller Central, and other marketplace portals, with prior experience managing a catalog team.
- Strong understanding of women's apparel, kidswear, and accessories. • Good knowledge of fabrics (Cotton, Rayon, Polyester, Viscose, Linen, Denim, etc.), garment construction, sizing, and fashion terminology.
- Strong understanding of catalog attributes, taxonomy, product classification, and marketplace compliance.
- Excellent Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, formulas) and comfort with catalog MIS reporting.
- Proven ability to lead, train, and manage a team in a quick-paced e-commerce environment.
Preferred
- Experience in fashion e-commerce or marketplace catalog operations, with prior people-management experience.
- Exposure to imported apparel and accessories.
- Graduate from NIFT, Pearl Academy, or an equivalent fashion institute.
