Job Role: Performance Marketing Script Writer

* Write high-converting scripts for Meta, Instagram, YouTube and other performance marketing campaigns.

* Develop strong hooks, concepts and storylines focused on driving sales and conversions.

* Write scripts that can be easily executed by influencers and creators at scale, without requiring complicated production.

* Convert product advantages, consumer pain points and cosmetic science into simple, engaging and convincing communication.

* Develop multiple script variations across different hooks, angles, influencers and target audiences.

* Study competitor creatives, trends and ad performance to continuously improve scripts.

* Work closely with the Performance Marketing, Influencer and Creative teams to maintain a continuous pipeline of testable content.
