Territory Manager - Life Insurance - Agency Business - Agra 2+ Years

We are looking for a motivated Territory Manager with 2+ years of experience in business development within the Life Insurance industry. The role requires strong exposure to the Agency business, advisor hiring and activation, distributor management, market mapping, and business development. The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, analytical, relationship-building, and business strategy skills.

Responsibilities

1. Mapping the Digit Retail Network across Broking and Agency channels based on potential.
2. Driving GTL business through existing and new distributor networks.
3. Delivering product training to relevant stakeholders.
4. Hiring advisors across the non-Digit network.
5. Meeting and onboarding advisors within the assigned location.
6. Identifying potential advisors and activating them for business growth.
7. Promoting central campaigns to encourage business generation.
8. Conducting a minimum of 75 prospect calls monthly and at least 3 in-person calls daily.

Requirements

1. Having 2+ years of experience, with at least 2 years in Business Development within the Life Insurance industry.
2. Possessing robust understanding of the Agency business and advisor hiring.
3. Demonstrating experience in market mapping, advisor acquisition, activation, and distributor development.
4. Possessing strong client and team communication skills.
5.



Demonstrating the ability to develop and implement effective business strategies.
6. Possessing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
