Responsibilities:

- Configure and support Workday Learning solutions.
- Manage courses, certifications, learning paths, and campaigns.
- Support integrations, content migration, and release activities.
- Execute UAT, regression testing, and production support.
- Collaborate with HR, Learning, and business stakeholders.
- Identify enhancement opportunities and recommend best practices.

Requirements:

- 5-8 years of overall experience.
- Strong hands-on experience in Workday Learning.




- Experience in at least one full Workday implementation or Learning rollout.
- Exposure to SCORM/xAPI and third-party learning integrations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred:

- Workday Learning Certification / Workday Pro Accreditation.
- Experience supporting global learning operations.
