About the Role
We are looking for an HR Analytics professional who can leverage data, analytics, and insights to support strategic HR and business decisions. The role will involve working closely with HR, Talent Acquisition, Business, and Leadership teams to build meaningful dashboards, track key people metrics, and identify trends that improve workforce effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain HR dashboards, MIS, and analytical reports covering key people metrics such as headcount, attrition, hiring, productivity, absenteeism, and employee movement.
- Analyse HR data to identify trends, gaps, and actionable insights for business and leadership teams.
- Partner with HR and TA teams to track KRA/KPI performance, recruitment metrics, TAT, conversion ratios, and manpower planning.
- Build automated and scalable reports using Advanced Excel, SQL, Power BI/Tableau, or other analytics tools.
- Support workforce planning, manpower budgeting, forecasting, and organisational analytics.
- Conduct attrition and retention analysis and identify key drivers impacting employee movement.
- Create periodic management dashboards and leadership reports with clear insights and recommendations.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across HR reports and dashboards.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data-backed HR solutions.
- Identify opportunities to automate repetitive HR reporting and improve overall data-driven decision-making.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, HR MIS, Workforce Analytics, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Power Query, dashboards, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Power BI/Tableau and dashboard creation.
- Positive understanding of SQL and data extraction/manipulation.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to convert data into actionable insights.
- Understanding of core HR metrics including attrition, headcount, hiring funnel, productivity, retention, and manpower planning.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Comfortable working 6 days a week and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Profile
Candidates with experience in high-volume / fast-paced organisations, strong business partnering skills, and a proven ability to work with large employee datasets will be preferred.
