Job Summary

We are looking for a result-oriented Inside Sales Executive with experience in B2B IT sales to generate new business opportunities and develop relationships with corporate clients.

The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, cold calling, prospect qualification, customer follow-ups, preparing quotations, coordinating with the pre-sales/technical team, and supporting the sales team in closing IT infrastructure opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn, databases and online research.
- Identify and connect with IT Heads, CIOs, CTOs, Procurement Managers, Admin Heads and Business Owners.
- Understand customer requirements and identify opportunities for IT infrastructure solutions.
- Promote and sell solutions such as:
- Servers & Storage
- Networking & Wi-Fi
- Switches & Routers
- Firewalls & Cybersecurity
- Cloud & Managed Services
- Backup & Disaster Recovery
- Microsoft 365 / Software Licensing
- CCTV / Surveillance and other IT solutions

- Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, timeline and decision-making process.
- Schedule meetings, product demonstrations and discussions with prospective customers.
- Prepare and share quotations, proposals and commercial offers in coordination with the pre-sales team.
- Follow up with prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with OEMs, distributors, pre-sales,



technical and operations teams for customer requirements.
- Maintain accurate customer and opportunity information in CRM.
- Handle customer queries and provide timely responses.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities with existing customers.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly lead-generation, meeting and revenue targets.

Required Skills

- 2–5 years of experience in Inside Sales / IT Sales / B2B Sales / Business Development.
- Experience in selling IT Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud, Cybersecurity, Hardware or Software solutions will be preferred.
- Strong cold-calling and lead-generation skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication.
- Good negotiation and presentation skills.
- Strong follow-up and relationship-management skills.
- Working knowledge of CRM, MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn and online prospecting tools.
- Ability to understand basic IT infrastructure concepts.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.

Preferred OEM / Technology Exposure

Experience or exposure to products from Cisco, HPE, Dell, Lenovo, Fortinet, Sophos, Palo Alto, Microsoft, AWS, Azure, VMware or similar OEMs will be an advantage.

Educational Qualification
