Roles and Responsibilities

- Provide customer support to clients through phone calls, emails, or chats in Spanish language.

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.

- Conduct quality checks on calls to ensure high-quality service delivery.

- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM software.

- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 6 months of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field.

- Proficiency in speaking, reading, writing, and understanding Spanish language (written & spoken).

- Solid communication skills with ability to work under pressure.

- Ability to adapt quickly to new processes and technologies.
