Zakman Tech is looking for a technically strong Pre-Sales Engineer to design and present integrated technology solutions for premium residential projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Understand client, architect and interior designer requirements.
- Design integrated solutions covering Home Automation, AV, CCTV, Networking, Access Control and Lighting.
- Prepare system designs, BOQs, quotations and technical proposals.
- Conduct site surveys and client/architect meetings.
- Select appropriate products and prepare system specifications.
- Prepare basic layouts and markups using AutoCAD.
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations.
- Coordinate with the technical team to validate complex solutions.
- Ensure a proper technical handover to the Project Manager after order confirmation.
Requirements
- 25 years' experience in Home Automation, AV, ELV, MEP or systems integration.
- Good understanding of multiple technology systems rather than only one discipline.
- Basic/intermediate AutoCAD skills.
- Positive knowledge of BOQ preparation and costing.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand architectural drawings.
- Comfortable meeting clients, architects and interior designers.
- Willingness to travel to project sites in Mumbai.
Preferred: Experience with KNX, DALI, ELAN, premium AV or smart-home systems.
