Role & responsibilities

Building Maintenance o Oversee upkeep of AC systems, UPS, DG sets, cold rooms, electrical panels, plumbing, carpentry, civil works (POP, tiles, painting, carpentry, etc.), and earthing systems. o Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of all equipment.

Vendor Management o Coordinate with local infrastructure vendors for quotations, supervision, and execution of maintenance work. o Liaise with CMC (Comprehensive Maintenance Contract) vendors. o Identify and onboard current vendors for specialized maintenance tasks.

Preventive Maintenance & Reporting

Prepare and maintain PMS (Planned Maintenance Schedule) reports. Conduct preventive maintenance activities across all equipment. Generate monthly reports on building compliance, maintenance activities, and energy consumption.

Suggest and implement energy-saving measures.

Prepare monthly maintenance cost reports (RAMIRE maintenance cost tracking).

Monitor and resolve tickets received from central systems/helpdesk.



Safety & Compliance - Ensure fire safety systems are functional and conduct regular fire drills/training.

Maintain compliance with building codes, statutory requirements, and safety regulations.

Coordination & Supervision

Supervise maintenance staff and contractors during repair and installation work.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth facility operations, maintenance work and required apporvel as per schedule

Preferred candidate profile

Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, civil works, and fire safety systems.

Monthly canter visit to upkeep of canter maintenance as per target. Upkeep of center including repair of all civil, carpentry, plumbing, electrical ,ac ,ups dg cold room and all infrastructure with up to the mark Supervise maintenance staff vendors and contractors during repair and installation work.

Coordinate with internal departments for smooth facility operations, maintenance work and required apporvel as per schedule
