About the Role

We are looking for an energetic Sales & Marketing Executive to support business development, lead generation, customer outreach, and digital marketing activities.

This role is suitable for fresh graduates as well as candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are interested in building a career in sales and marketing.

Candidates residing in or around Rajajinagar, Bengaluru will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and prospect potential customers through calls, online research, social media, and other channels.
- Generate leads and maintain regular follow-ups with prospects.
- Support sales activities and help convert qualified leads into business opportunities.
- Assist with social media marketing and basic digital marketing activities.
- Maintain prospect and customer information in the CRM.
- Prepare basic sales reports, presentations, and documentation using MS Office.




- Coordinate with internal teams for customer requirements and follow-ups.
- Maintain professional communication with prospective and existing customers.

Required Skills

- Basic understanding of sales, prospecting, and lead generation.
- Basic knowledge of social media and digital marketing.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with CRM software or willingness to learn.
- Ability to communicate effectively in English and regional/local languages.
- Self-motivated, confident, and comfortable interacting with customers.
