We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Consultant to lead design, implementation, and optimization of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) solutions. The role focuses on demandsupply alignment, S&OP; processes, and integration with ERP/S4 systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead IBP S&OP; design, implementation, and optimization.
- Conduct workshops with stakeholders for demand & supply planning.
- Configure/customize SAP IBP planning areas, key figures, operators.
- Align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
- Define KPIs, dashboards, and scenario simulations.
- Coordinate ERP/S4 integration, validate master data & planning results.
- Mentor junior consultants, lead SIT/UAT, support golive & hypercare.
- Identify optimization opportunities and implement enhancements.
Requirements
- 6 - 10 years of SAP IBP consulting experience.
- Solid knowledge of demand planning, supply planning, inventory optimization.
- Proficiency in SAP IBP configuration and integration tools (CPIDS, SDI, RTI).
- Experience with SAP HANA & SAP Analytics Cloud.
- Excellent problemsolving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects under pressure.
