We are hiring Asst Manager - QS & Billing for an Institutional project at Shamirpet site location in Hyderabad.

Roles and Responsibilities

- Prepare BOQs, estimate quantities, and analyze rates for construction projects.

- Conduct quantity surveying activities such as bill checking, billing engineering, subcontractor billing, contractor billing, rate analysis, cost estimation, and bar bending schedule preparation.

- Ensure accurate and timely submission of reports to clients.

- Collaborate with project teams to resolve any issues related to quantity surveying.

- Maintain records of all transactions and documents accurately.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 9-14 years of experience in Quantity Surveying (QS) & Billing Engineering with expertise in BOQ preparation, quantity estimation, rate analysis, cost estimation, bar bending schedule preparation etc. .

- B.Tech / B.E. degree in Civil from a recognized institution.

- Proficiency in using software like SAP/ERP systems for effective workflow management.
