Key Responsibilities

- Support day-to-day quality inspection and quality control activities on the shop floor.

- Monitor product and process parameters to ensure compliance with specified quality standards.

- Conduct root cause analysis for internal quality issues, defects and customer-related concerns.

- Assist in internal process audits and compliance activities.

- Ensure adherence to defined quality procedures, work instructions and control plans.

- Support customer and supplier quality activities whenever required.

- Prepare daily/weekly quality reports using MS Excel and PowerPoint.

- Maintain proper records of inspection results, defects and corrective actions.

Required Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Production / Industrial / Automobile Engineering.

- 01 year of experience; freshers with relevant academic projects/internships can be considered.

- Strong interest in Quality and Automotive Manufacturing.





- Basic understanding of engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.

- Knowledge of basic quality tools such as 7 QC Tools, 5 Why, Fishbone Analysis and Pareto Analysis.

- Basic understanding of IATF 16949, APQP, PPAP, PFMEA, SPC and MSA will be an advantage.

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.

- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

- Willingness to work in a manufacturing/shop-floor environment.

Preferred Skills

- Knowledge of automotive component manufacturing.

- Understanding of Root Cause Analysis and CAPA.

- Knowledge of GD&T; and technical drawings.

- Exposure to quality inspection instruments and measurement techniques.

- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

- Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams.
