Role & responsibilities:

- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L;, balance sheet, cash flow).
- Handle project-wise accounting and profitability analysis
- Monitor budgets, forecasts, and cost control for projects.
- Manage GST, TDS, and income tax filings.
- Ensure compliance with real estate-specific regulations like RERA.
- Handle assessments, audits, and notices from tax authorities.
- Coordinate internal and statutory audits.
- Ensure proper documentation and internal financial controls.
- Manage project cash flows and fund utilization.
- Maintain compliance with company law and other statutory requirements.

Preferred candidate profile:

- Hiring Qualified CA only, with 3+ years of post qualification experience of working for Real Estate/ Construction industry.
- Solid knowledge of real estate accounting practices.
- Expertise in GST, TDS, and direct taxation.
- Exposure to joint ventures and land acquisition accounting.
