Job Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Patient Onboarding & Technical Support Executive to represent Partex AI at District Hospital, Nagpur. In this role, you will bridge the gap between digital healthcare technology and healthcare delivery by assisting patients with digital registration, supporting hospital staff with platform adoption, and facilitating smooth data management on our Ontosight Sarathi platform.
Key Responsibilities
- Patient Onboarding & Registration: Assist patients in completing their onboarding process accurately using tablet applications.
- Data Management & Verification: Carefully transfer and verify patient demographics and medical information across different modules of the application to ensure data accuracy.
- Platform Training & Support: Educate and assist doctors, nurses, hospital staff, and patients on how to effectively use the Ontosight Sarathi platform.
- Feedback Collection: Gather real-time feedback from patients, doctors,
and hospital personnel regarding platform usability and report insights back to the internal Partex AI product team.
- Operational Coordination: Maintain active coordination with hospital administration and staff to ensure smooth daily operations and uninterrupted application usage.
Qualifications & Key Requirements
- Education: MS-CIT certification completed.
- Domain Preference: Candidates with a background in Life Sciences or Healthcare (e.g., B.Sc. Nursing, Pharmacy, DMLT, ANM, GNM, or related fields) will be strongly preferred.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with operating tablet devices.
- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office suite and web-based applications.
- Language Skills:
- Mandatory: Fluency in Marathi and Hindi.
- Preferred: Basic proficiency in spoken and written English.
- Interpersonal Skills: Valuable communication, empathy, patience, and comfort working daily within a hospital environment.
