Role & responsibilities

- Assist customers and understand their fashion/occasion requirements.
- Recommend suitable products and provide a premium shopping experience.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Handle premium/HNI customers professionally.
- Upsell and cross-sell products.
- Maintain customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.
- Ensure proper product display and store presentation.
- Coordinate with billing, alteration, and inventory teams.

Preferred candidate profile

- Education: Graduate / pursuing graduation in Fashion, Fashion Management, Retail Management, Business Management, or any relevant field.
- Interest in ethnic wear, luxury fashion, designer wear, bridal wear, or premium apparel.
- Solid interest in fashion, lifestyle, luxury retail, or premium brands.
- Good communication, presentation, and customer-handling skills.
- Willingness to learn premium/HNI customer handling and retail sales.
- Freshers and students are welcome.
