Manage end-to-end Import & Export logistics with a solid focus on timely shipment movement, regulatory compliance, documentation accuracy and logistics cost optimisation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complete Import & Export shipment lifecycle from booking to final delivery.
- Handle Customs, DGFT, Advance Authorisation, licences and regulatory documentation.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters and internal teams.
- Optimise freight, transportation, CHA, demurrage and other logistics costs through effective negotiation and planning.
- Identify opportunities for cost reduction, route optimisation, consolidation and improved freight terms.
- Track shipments and ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Maintain shipment trackers, MIS and compliance records.
- Monitor logistics performance, vendor efficiency and service levels.
