- Execute packaging operations as per production plan and achieve daily targets.
- Manage SAP activities including Process Orders, MIGO, material issuance/returns, and inventory transactions.
- Ensure availability and dispensing of packaging materials.
- Maintain batch records, reconciliation, yield, and inventory control.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, BPRs, Data Integrity, and regulatory requirements.
- Handle QMS activities including deviations, CAPA, change controls, and investigations.
- Support validation, technology transfer, audit compliance, and equipment qualification activities.
- Lead manpower allocation, training, productivity improvement, and operational excellence initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with EHS, safety, and quality standards.
