Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced React Node Lead to own the technical delivery, architecture, and team governance for high-scale enterprise applications. The role involves hands-on full-stack development, guiding a team of 4 to 6 developers, conducting rigorous code reviews, and managing stakeholder expectations.

Mandatory Skills Experience:

- Strong hands-on experience developing single-page enterprise applications using React.js and Redux.

- Proven background in architecting and developing robust RESTful APIs using Node.js.

- Proficient in modern frontend fundamentals: JavaScript (ES6+), HTML5, CSS3, and NPM.

- Hands-on experience designing database schemas supporting complex business processes.

- Proven leadership experience managing and mentoring a pod of 4 to 6 engineers.

- In-depth knowledge of React and Node best practices, static code analyzers, and PR review checklists.

- Solid experience tracking project milestones, managing RAID logs, and handling Change Requests (CRs).

- Solid analytical, debugging,



and stakeholder management skills.

- Proficiency in Git version control and Agile/Scrum delivery.

Desired Skills:

- Working proficiency with TypeScript.

- Understanding of core AWS cloud services (S3, Lambda, API Gateway) and AWS SDK.

- Experience with SQL (MySQL) or NoSQL databases.

- Knowledge of JS automated unit testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha).

Key Responsibilities:

- Own technical deliverables, code quality, and delivery schedules for the team.

- Conduct regular code reviews, provide constructive feedback, and enforce coding standards.

- Interface with client stakeholders to clarify requirements and prioritize delivery backlogs.

- Maintain RAID and CR logs to ensure proactive risk management.

- Drive execution in an Agile framework and support cross-functional project initiatives.
