- Understand student's academic background, career goals and preferences
- Schedule counselling sessions with senior education counselors
- Follow up with students through calls, email, whatsapp or other established communication channels
- Maintain student records and update CRM/database systems
- Support students with document collection and application tracking
- Address basic queries and ensure a positive student experience
Preferred candidate profile
- Graduation is a must
- Post graduate candidates will be preferred
- Good Communication Skills
- Active listening & Interpersonal skills
- Computer efficiency
