Profile - Sales Executive & Customer Service Executive

Location:- Gurugram sector 18 ( Phase 4 )

We're hiring for a Customer Service Voice Process AND Sales executive.

Eligibility for Customer service

- Graduate/UG with minimum 1 year experience in Customer Service

Voice process can apply

- Graduate/UG Fresher can apply

- Excellent Communication in English is mandatory

- Customer handling skill is required

Experienced Salary - 16.5K to 23K

Fresher Salary - 18k to 26k

ELIGIBILITY for Sales

- Undergraduate/Graduate all can apply

- Fresher/Experienced both can apply

- Excellent Communication in English is Required

Salary- Depends on interview

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

- Sales and upselling to upcoming customers

- Meeting targets and cold callings

- Cold calling to the customers

- Generating leads to increase sales

- Must be comfortable with sales

Shift & week-offs - Rotational shifts(For male) & Day shifts(For females) & 1 Day Rotational Week-off

Roles & Responsibilities

Answering the customer queries over the call.

Interview Mode - Walk-In & Virtual Both
