- Business & Risk Analytics: Understand lending/credit-risk business problems and translate them into data science solutions across Risk Policy, Credit, Fraud, KYC and Pricing.
- Data Science & ML: Build statistical and machine-learning models using Python/R, Spark and Databricks, with knowledge of Logistic Regression, Linear Regression, GBM and Deep Learning.
- BFSI & Bureau Data: 4+ years of hands-on Data Analysis using Python/R in BFSI, with solid understanding of credit bureau data, business drivers and data-driven decision making.
- Leadership & Deployment: Mentor data scientists/analysts, collaborate with Credit, Policy, Collections, Operations and Product teams, present insights to management, with model deployment and AWS/cloud experience preferred.Role & responsibilities
