- Develop and execute overall operational strategy aligned with company business goals.
- Lead Production, Operations, PPC, Supply Chain, Purchase, Quality, Maintenance and Engineering functions.
- Drive plant productivity, operational efficiency, capacity utilization and cost optimization.
- Monitor production planning, delivery schedules, quality performance and customer commitments.
- Ensure effective P&L;, budget and operational cost control in coordination with Finance.
- Drive Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, TPM, Six Sigma and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, statutory and customer-specific requirements.
- Manage capacity planning, manpower planning, infrastructure and capital expenditure (CAPEX).
- Strengthen vendor, supplier and customer coordination to ensure smooth operations.
- Establish and monitor KPI/operational dashboards covering productivity, quality, cost and delivery.
- Identify operational risks and implement corrective and preventive actions.
- Lead recent plant setup, expansion, automation and operational transformation projects.
- Develop leadership teams and build a high-performance operational culture.
