Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate with project managers and consultants to ensure project objectives related to design, execution, and sustainability are successfully achieved.
- Develop a strong understanding of the firms design philosophy and guide the team in aligning with these principles.




- Research and reference internal and external resources to stay updated on global design standards, materials, and technological advancements.
- Understand and coordinate the relationship between faade systems, interiors, and landscape elements within projects.
- Resolve technical and design challenges through creative and innovative problem-solving.
- Review drawings, specifications, and construction administration deliverables to ensure accuracy and quality.
- Monitor and maintain quality control standards across all architectural components.
- Prepare and manage project manuals and technical specifications.
- Contribute actively to design reviews through research, documentation, and presentations.
- Conduct site visits, document observations, respond to RFIs, and support the team during project execution.
- Assist Team Leads in preparing client presentations and design communication materials.
