Job Summary
Responsible for managing and coordinating electrical construction activities, ensuring timely project execution, effective coordination with team, and compliance with project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction activities at site and coordinate with team.
- Plan and track budgeting, estimation, scheduling, and project execution.
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly review meetings and prepare project progress reports.
- Monitor electrical works including panels, cable trays, cables, CCTV, fire alarm, and access control systems.
- Review electrical design drawings and identify interference/clash issues.
- Coordinate with contractors and other disciplines for smooth project execution.
- Ensure electrical works comply with applicable Indian electrical codes and project requirements.
- Track overall project progress and support timely completion of site activities.
- Maintain project documentation and reports using MS Office, MS Project, and MS Excel.Role & responsibilities
