About Position

Senior Business Analyst / Entry level Consultant in BAG practice

Key Responsibilities:

1. Enterprise Risk Management Framework

- Assist in reviewing and strengthening risk governance frameworks, policies, SOP manuals, risk taxonomy, risk appetite and risk management processes.
- Support the development of Risk Appetite Frameworks (RAF), Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), risk dashboards and management reporting.
- Conduct gap assessments against regulatory requirements, industry practices and leading risk management frameworks, and develop practical recommendations.

2. ICAAP & Stress Testing

- Support the development and enhancement of ICAAP frameworks and documentation, including capital planning, risk identification,



materiality assessment and capital adequacy assessment.
- Support the development of stress scenarios, assumptions, methodologies and management actions, and assess their impact on capital, liquidity and financial performance.
- Prepare stress testing results, management insights and recommendations for senior management and Board-level reporting.

3. Liquidity, IRRBB & Market Risk

- Support the assessment and enhancement of ILAAP, Liquidity Contingency Plans (LCP) and liquidity stress testing frameworks.
- Support IRRBB framework development, including risk identification, measurement, monitoring, limits, scenarios and reporting.

Desired Profile

- 3-4 years of experience in ERM, Risk Advisory, Banking Risk or related areas.
- Strong understanding of banking risk management concepts, particularly ICAAP, ILAAP, RAF, KRI, stress testing, IRRBB and liquidity risk.
- Robust analytical, problem-solving and report-writing skills.
- Strong PowerPoint and Excel skills; exposure to Power BI / data analytics would be an advantage.
- Relevant qualifications in Finance, Economics, Risk Management, or related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA or FRM would be an advantage.
