Develop sales for commercial, industrial, IT, hospitality, healthcare and infrastructure lighting projects.

Generate new enquiries through architects, consultants, electrical contractors, MEP consultants, builders and end customers.

Visit project sites regularly and understand lighting requirements, BOQs and specifications.

Prepare quotations, commercial proposals and follow up until order closure.

Coordinate with the design/technical team for lighting layouts, product selection, lux-level requirements and technical submittals.

Work on product specification with architects, consultants and project electrical teams.

Track competitors, market pricing, upcoming projects and current business opportunities.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and collection targets.

Coordinate with stores, purchase, accounts and project teams to ensure smooth order execution and payment collection.

Maintain a proper pipeline of upcoming projects and provide regular sales reports to management.
