Job Summary

We are hiring Freshers for an International Non-Voice Process role in Hyderabad. Candidates with good written and communication skills who are comfortable working in rotational night shifts can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and requests through non-voice channels
- Respond to customer queries accurately and professionally
- Ensure timely resolution of customer requests
- Maintain required quality and productivity standards
- Follow process guidelines, SOPs, and company policies
- Maintain high attention to detail and accuracy
- Ensure a positive customer experience through effective written communication

Eligibility Criteria

- Qualification: 10+2 / Any Graduate
- Experience: Freshers can apply
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Good typing and basic computer skills

- Willingness to work in rotational night shifts
- Candidates must be comfortable working from office
