- Manage daily housekeeping operations across the hospital.
- Ensure cleaning and disinfection as per hospital SOPs.
- Maintain hygiene in patient rooms, OT, ICU, OPD, emergency, and public areas.
- Ensure proper biomedical waste segregation and disposal practices.
- Manage laundry, linen, uniforms, and housekeeping supplies.
- Prepare staff duty rosters and ensure adequate manpower.
- Monitor housekeeping staff performance and discipline.
- Conduct regular cleanliness and hygiene inspections.
- Coordinate with Infection Control and Quality departments.
- Ensure compliance with NABH and hospital safety standards.
- Manage housekeeping chemicals, equipment, and inventory.
- Coordinate with housekeeping vendors and service providers.
- Conduct staff training on cleaning, safety, and infection prevention.
- Handle complaints related to cleanliness and housekeeping services.




- Maintain housekeeping records, checklists, and MIS reports.

Qualification & Experience

- Graduate in any discipline; Hospitality Management preferred.
