Roles and Responsibilities

- Plan production activities to meet customer requirements on time, ensuring quality standards are met. Manage daily production targets across multiple assembly lines (electric kettles, induction cooktops, sandwich makers, room heaters). Optimize takt time, manpower allocation, and line balancing.

- Ensure smooth running of production lines by monitoring line balancing, cycle time reduction initiatives, and implementing lean manufacturing principles.

- Implement corrective actions to improve productivity, reduce downtime, and enhance overall efficiency.

- Oversee workforce management to optimize labor utilization, minimize overtime costs, and maintain a high level of skill development among team members.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement process improvements that drive business results.

- Skill Mapping: Assessing operator capabilities and deploying them to the right stations (e.g., placing highly skilled workers at critical wiring stations).
