Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced sales professional from the tech recruitment and staffing industry. You need to be someone passionate about winning new clients and offering industry leading account management experience.

This is a senior level position in the company and will be the key to the success of the business. You will own end to end value chain of the Business.

Responsibilities:

1. Acquiring new clients in IT recruitment and staffing space.
2. To cross sell our other services to existing clients of Orcapod.
3. Providing strategic oversight to our existing client base and acting as a customer advocate with internal stakeholders

Qualification & Competencies:

1. Demonstrated sales & Delivery experience in recruitment and contract staffing of IT Skills. Prior experience of dealing with Captive Centres will be huge plus
2. Expected experience of 10+ years

Good Oral and Written Communication Skills
4. Strong people skills, assertive and ability to lead a team of internal and external stakeholders

- Have sound and wide business knowledge related to contracts, SLAs, KPIs and an understanding of current and emerging trends in this area and how they can enhance our value proposition.
- Has an understanding of project management.
