- Design, develop, and implement wiring harnesses for various electronic components using 8D, 5 Why, Capa, OEE, Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, Poka Yoke principles.
- Conduct Laser Marking and PLM maintenance to ensure accurate product identification and traceability.
- Collaborate with Assembly Production team to optimize servo drives installation process for efficient manufacturing operations.
- Develop SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) for WI (Wiring Installation) tasks to maintain consistency across production lines.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Servo Drives and PLC systems to minimize downtime.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-7 years of experience in Wiring Harness Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3yrs of hands-on experience with fully automatic assembly lines.
- 2-3 years of experience in wiring devices or switchgear manufacturing.
- Diploma/ITI degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Robust understanding of electronics engineering concepts, including circuit design and troubleshooting techniques.
- Proficiency in working with various materials such as cables, connectors, and adhesives.
