Hexaware Technologies is looking for a skilled Power BI Developer with strong expertise in Power BI, DAX, and SQL to design, develop, and maintain business intelligence solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using Power BI.
- Create and optimize complex DAX measures and calculations.
- Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and perform data analysis.
- Design and maintain data models to support reporting requirements.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and understand reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy, performance optimization, and report usability.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reporting and data-related issues.
Required Skills
- 5-7 years of experience in Business Intelligence and Reporting.
- Strong hands-on experience in Power BI.
- Good expertise in DAX (Data Analysis Expressions).
- Robust knowledge of SQL / SQL Server.
- Experience in data modeling and report optimization.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with Power Query and ETL processes.
- Exposure to Azure Data Services is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of data warehousing concepts.
