Job Summary:
The Executive is responsible for connecting with clients via calls to understand their qualified background, gather detailed career information, and ensure high-quality profile creation. The role involves strong communication, attention to detail, and coordination with internal teams to deliver an enhanced CV/profile service.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct outbound calls with clients to collect detailed career information for the service.
- Understand client experience, achievements, roles, and career goals through structured discussions.
- Capture accurate and complete information required for profile/CV development.
- Coordinate with the Resume Development (ResDev) team to ensure quality output.
- Follow up with clients for additional inputs, clarifications, or approvals.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned cases within defined TAT.
- Maintain proper documentation and update CRM systems regularly.
- Deliver a high level of customer experience and professionalism during interactions.
