Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead – Return Management / Reverse Logistics to manage end-to-end return operations and ensure smooth processing of customer returns, RTO and reverse shipments.

The candidate will be responsible for team management, return processing, quality checks, inventory reconciliation, disposition, SLA/TAT adherence and operational performance.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day Return Management / Reverse Logistics operations.
- Handle end-to-end processing of customer returns, RTO and reverse shipments.
- Supervise and manage the return operations team and ensure achievement of daily targets.
- Monitor receiving, scanning, verification and QC of returned products.
- Ensure proper segregation of sellable, damaged, defective and non-saleable inventory.
- Manage RTO / RTV activities and ensure timely closure.
- Monitor return ageing and ensure adherence to defined SLA/TAT.
- Perform and monitor inventory reconciliation between physical stock and system stock.
- Identify discrepancies, shortages,



damages and process-related issues.
- Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, transport, customer service and other internal teams.
- Coordinate with 3PL/vendors for reverse logistics activities.
- Monitor team productivity, quality and operational KPIs.
- Prepare and maintain daily/weekly MIS reports.
- Handle operational escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Identify process gaps and implement corrective and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, quality standards and company policies.
- Train, guide and motivate team members for better productivity and performance.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Return Management / Reverse Logistics.
- Hands-on experience with RTO, RTV, return processing and reverse operations.
- Knowledge of return QC, inventory reconciliation and disposition.
- Strong team-handling and people-management skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and MIS reporting.
- Experience with WMS/ERP is preferred.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Ability to manage high-volume operations and meet strict SLA/TAT.
