Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Management Lead with strong experience in Banking / Financial Services, Regulatory Transformation, Program Management, and Business Change.

The successful candidate will lead complex, cross-functional regulatory and business transformation initiatives involving Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and senior leadership stakeholders across global locations.

The role will initially focus on a key global regulatory compliance transformation program, with responsibility for end-to-end delivery, governance, stakeholder management, risk management, process transformation, and implementation.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of complex regulatory, compliance, and business transformation programs.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans covering milestones, timelines, dependencies, resources, budgets, and deliverables.
- Establish strong project governance, RAID management, status reporting, and Steering Committee reporting.
- Partner with senior stakeholders across Business, Operations, Technology, Finance, Compliance, Risk, and Control functions.
- Gather and document business requirements and conduct current-state assessments and target-state design.
- Drive implementation of new processes, operating models, controls, and technology solutions.
- Identify, assess, and manage risks, issues, assumptions, dependencies, and change requests.
- Provide regular project updates, executive dashboards, and management presentations to senior leadership.
- Track project milestones, deliverables, KPIs, and success metrics to ensure timely and successful delivery.
- Drive process improvement, automation,



operational efficiency, and workflow transformation opportunities.
- Identify and support opportunities to leverage AI, Generative AI, and Agentic AI across regulatory reporting, tax due diligence, reconciliation, exception management, and operational processes.
- Coordinate multiple workstreams and manage competing priorities across global teams.
- Drive change management and ensure effective adoption of new processes and solutions.
- Ensure projects comply with organizational governance standards, risk and control requirements, and regulatory obligations.
- Prepare executive-level presentations, dashboards, project status reports, and Steering Committee materials.

Required Skills & Experience

- 12–15 years of overall corporate experience, with approximately 8–10 years of Project / Program Management experience.
- Strong experience in Banking, Financial Services, Investment Banking, or other regulated environments.
- Proven experience managing large, complex, cross-functional projects/programs.
- Experience working with global/regional stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Strong understanding of project governance, risk management, stakeholder management, and change management.
- Experience in regulatory, compliance, operational, finance, or business transformation projects.
- Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, resource management, dependencies, and delivery tracking.




- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to interact with senior executives and stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
