What you will do?
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers for interview scheduling and follow-ups.
- Maintain and update employee records, recruitment trackers, and HR databases.
- Assist in conducting induction and training sessions for new joiners.
