- Provide technical support to clients on Oracle EBS (E-Business Suite) applications, including Order Management, P2P Processing, Cash Management, and Inventory Control.
- Troubleshoot issues related to data migration from legacy systems using SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve complex business problems through root cause analysis and process improvements.
- Develop training materials and provide guidance on system configuration changes.
Job Requirements :
- 9-15 years of experience in IT services & consulting industry with expertise in Oracle EBS implementation projects.
- Robust knowledge of Linux operating system administration.
- Proficiency in SQL programming language with experience working with SQL Server databases.
