Role & responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage motor insurance claims from registration to final settlement.
- Liaise with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and workshop teams for smooth claim processing.
- Prepare and verify all required insurance claim documents and ensure timely submission.
- Coordinate with surveyors for vehicle inspection, damage assessment, and estimate approvals.
- Follow up on claim approvals, supplementary approvals, and repair authorizations.
- Ensure accurate preparation of repair estimates and insurance-related paperwork.
- Maintain regular follow-up with insurance companies for claim status and settlement.
- Assist customers with insurance procedures, documentation, and claim-related queries.
- Coordinate with the workshop, parts,



and billing teams to ensure timely vehicle delivery.
- Maintain proper records of insurance claims, approvals, settlements, and pending cases.

Preferred candidate profile

- 2-4 years of experience in Motor Insurance Claims, preferably in a car dealership/workshop.
- Solid knowledge of motor insurance claim processes and documentation.
- Experience in coordinating with insurance companies, surveyors, customers, and workshop teams.
- Good understanding of vehicle damage assessment, estimates, approvals, and claim settlements.
