Job Description:

The incumbent will be responsible for

1. Rental Sales Revenue

- Drive rental revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives, targeting both existing and recent customer segments. - Developing new market by targeting untapped customer segments and industry sectors. - Build and maintain strong customer relationships,ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. - Ensuring timely collection of advances, payments and outstanding dues to maintain healthy cash flow and customer accountability. - Manage timely contract renewals to ensure continuity of rental services - Conduct cold calling and proactively exploring new markets. - Track and analyse rental sales performance, using data-driven insights to refine strategies and improve outcomes.

2. Enquiry Management - Conducting detailed application study to align customer requirements with available equipment in the fleets, ensuring optimal equipment selection and utilisation. - Collaborating with Branch Sales Engineers to handle Large Rental Enquiries, providing technical and commercial assistance to close high value deals. - Maintain a centralised enquiry tracking system to monitor progress, follow-ups, and conversion rates, ensuring transparency and accountability. - Ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions, including quotations, technical specifications, and commercial terms. - Build strong relationships with potential customers, understanding their operational challenges and positioning rental-solutions as strategic enablers. - Analyse enquiry trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for service improvement and fleet optimisation. - Coordinate with operations and logistics teams to ensure equipment

availability and readiness for deployment based on enquiry timelines.

Working Capital Management -Negotiation and Order booking to ensure profitable rental contracts and timely revenue realisation. - Track contract life cycle and renewal timelines to avoid service disruptions and maintain consistent revenue streams. - - Coordinating Equipment allocation and dispatch to optimise fleet utilization and meet customer delivery timelines. - Asset requirement projections based on market demand and upcoming rental opportunities to support efficient capital planning and fleet readiness.

4.Customer Satisfaction - Building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and repeat business. -Strategically develop client relationships while targeting and converting competitor strongholds to expand market share. - Ensuring proper and prompt usage of SFDCfor tracking customer interactions, managing enquiries and follow-ups. - Penetrating deeper into existing clients, sister concerns for grater - Travel extensively to meet customers, understand their needs and provide personalised rental solutions.

5. Organizational Imperatives - Actively contribute to continuous improvement initiatives such as Kaizens and Business Excellence programs. - Foster a culture ofsafety and compliance across all operations.

Educational Qualification:

Degree / Diploma in Engineering OR Graduate in any discipline

Experience:

2 years of work experience in sales for Degree in Engineering OR 4 years of work experience in sales for Diploma in Engineering / Graduate in any discipline

Experience in sales of products equivalent or similar to Material Handling Equipment division

SKILLS REQUIRED

1. Presentation & Communication Skills 2. Negotiation & Interpersonal Skills 3.Knowledge of Commercial and Legal Aspects like Taxation, Insurance, HR etc. 4.Computer Literacy /ERP Knowledge 5. Two-Wheeler Driving (Valid Driving License required) 6. Flair for Travel
