- Perform end-to-end corporate client onboarding and KYC due diligence for corporate clients.
- Review and validate KYC documentation in line with regulatory and compliance requirements.
- Knowledge about UBO and companies House.
- Conduct corporate account screening, sanctions screening, PEP screening and adverse media checks.
- Process and manage Paper mandates, including mandate setup, amendments, and authorization verification.
- Ensure accurate maintenance of customer account servicing and account records.
- Interact directly with corporate customers and resolve onboarding and documentation queries.
- Work closely with compliance, operations, Relationship Managers and client service teams.
- Handle onboarding requests and account maintenance activities for UK-based clients and banking operations.
- Ensure adherence to AML, KYC and regulatory policies across international jurisdictions.
- Manage multiple onboarding cases while maintaining agreed service level and quality standards.
- Support audit, compliance reviews and regulatory requirements as needed
Eligibility Criteria
- Graduation is mandatory.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International KYC processes with proper documents.
- Cibil Must be above 680
Work Schedule & Benefits
- 5-day work with 2 rotational week-offs.
- 24/7 shift coverage: Any 9-hour shift including a 1-hour break.
- Two-way cab facility provided for all shifts (with the boundaries)
