- Maintain accurate books of accounts, ledgers, journals, and financial records.
- Handle day-to-day accounting transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.
- Manage petty cash and maintain proper documentation of expenses.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
- Assist in preparing budgets, financial statements, and MIS reports.
- Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Coordinate with auditors and provide required financial documents and information.
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory accounting-related activities.
- Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on receivables.
- Verify and maintain supporting documents for all financial transactions.
