Role & responsibilities

- Implement Project Quality Plan (PQP), Inspection & Test Plans (ITPs), and Method Statements.
- Ensure compliance with project specifications, IS Codes, ASTM standards, and client requirements.
- Monitor quality systems and maintain QA/QC documentation.
- Conduct inspections of civil works including excavation, foundations, RCC structures, roads, drainage systems, and buildings.
- Verify reinforcement, formwork, concrete pouring, and finishing activities before execution.
- Review and approve material inspection reports and test certificates.
- Conduct stage-wise inspections and maintain inspection records.
- Monitor field and laboratory testing of construction materials such as cement, aggregates, steel, concrete, and soil.




- Review concrete cube test reports, soil compaction reports, and NDT results.
- Ensure calibration of testing equipment and measuring instruments.
- Prepare and maintain quality reports, NCRs (Non-Conformance Reports), observations, and corrective action reports.
- Coordinate with client, consultant,
- Maintain quality dossiers and handover documentation.

Site Coordination

- Coordinate with construction teams to resolve quality issues.
- Conduct quality awareness sessions and toolbox talks.
- Participate in client audits and quality reviews.
