- Handle technical queries from international customers through voice support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to operating systems and computers.
- Provide step-by-step technical assistance and ensure timely resolution.
- Troubleshoot issues related to OS installation, booting and system configuration.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and technical issues.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the relevant technical team when required.
- Deliver excellent customer service while meeting process and quality standards.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory for graduates.
- Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply.
- Undergraduate candidates can also apply if they have a minimum 6 months of relevant technical support experience.
- Excellent English Communication Skills is mandatory.
- Valuable troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in Rotational Shifts & Rotational Offs.
