Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced AI Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), RAG, and LangChain. The ideal candidate should have experience building and deploying production-ready AI solutions using modern GenAI frameworks and technologies.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and LLM-based applications.
- Build robust Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines for enterprise use cases.
- Develop LLM applications using LangChain / LangGraph and related frameworks.
- Work with vector databases, embeddings, semantic search, and document retrieval.
- Integrate LLMs such as OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Llama, Mistral, or similar models into applications.
- Develop AI agents, prompt engineering workflows, tool/function calling, and conversational AI solutions.
- Build APIs and backend services using Python and relevant frameworks.
- Evaluate and optimize LLM responses for accuracy, relevance, latency, and cost.
- Work closely with data, product, and engineering teams to convert business requirements into scalable AI solutions.




- Implement production-grade GenAI solutions with appropriate monitoring, security, and governance.

Mandatory Skills

- 5–9 years of relevant experience
- Strong hands-on experience in Generative AI / LLM
- RAG – Mandatory
- LangChain / LangGraph – Mandatory
- Strong Python programming skills
- Experience with LLM APIs and model integration
- Hands-on experience with Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Qdrant, ChromaDB, etc.
- Strong understanding of embeddings, semantic search, prompt engineering, and retrieval techniques
- Experience developing and deploying production-ready AI applications

Positive to Have

- Experience with AI Agents / Agentic AI
- Azure OpenAI / AWS Bedrock / Vertex AI
- Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD
- ML/AI model evaluation and observability
- Experience with cloud-based AI deployments
- Knowledge of NLP, transformers, and traditional machine learning

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a core hands-on AI/GenAI Engineer, rather than someone with only theoretical knowledge or certification-based exposure. Candidates should have demonstrable experience in building RAG and LLM applications using Python and LangChain, preferably in production environments.
