About the Role:
We are looking for an energetic and proactive HR Executive Talent Acquisition to manage the company's end-to-end recruitment process. The candidate will be responsible for understanding hiring requirements, sourcing candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of positions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
- Understand job requirements and prepare/update Job Descriptions (JDs).
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, employee referrals, and other channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.
- Shortlist suitable candidates and coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, selection, offers, and joining.
- Prepare and release offer letters and coordinate the pre-joining and onboarding process.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure accurate candidate records.




- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
- Coordinate with department heads/hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
- Work towards achieving hiring targets and timely closure of positions.
- Support employer branding and recruitment-related activities when required.

Requirements:

- 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment / HR.
- Strong experience in end-to-end recruitment.
- Positive knowledge of sourcing through Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good follow-up and coordination skills.
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously.
- Good working knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and recruitment trackers.
- Experience in hiring for technical/engineering roles will be an added advantage.
