Key Responsibilities :

- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
- Experience: 2 to 4+ years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience.
- Process Optimization: Audit current consumables routes and Store/warehouse workflows to remove bottlenecks and reduce transit times.
- Skills: Strong in communications with multiple languages (Telugu, English, Hindi), plus transparent problem-solving and communication abilities.
- Operations Oversight: Manage end-to-end Consumables & White empty bags connections between HYP Store to HYD VJN MHs and AP,TS DHs, plus warehouse/Sort center coordination.
- Stakeholder Management: Regular follow-ups with HMT & Manager on White empty bags and store vehicle transporters, and third-party logistics for consumables connections.
- Data & Reporting: Track Metrics, analyze delivery lead times for consumables, and generate periodic IT Tool performance reports daily, Weekly & Monthly.
