Position: Customer Service / Banking Process International BPO
Location: Goregaon
Salary: 3.5 LPA to 5 LPA
Shift: Rotational 247 shifts, including night shifts
Working Days: 5 Days Working
Week Off: 2 Rotational Offs
- Cab: One-way cab facility provided
- Eligibility & Requirements
- Graduation is mandatory
- CIBIL score of 680+ is mandatory
- Experience in Banking Process is mandator OR Experience in Non-Voice / Back-Office Process is required
- Valuable English communication skills are mandatory
- Candidates should be comfortable working in 247 rotational shifts, including night shifts
- Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer/banking-related queries through the assigned process
- Process and verify customer information and banking transactions
- Maintain accuracy and follow process guidelines
- Ensure excellent customer service and timely resolution of queries
- Maintain confidentiality of customer and banking information
